D&D Daily Q3/2020 Retail Fatalities Report. 381 fatalities January through September 2020, up 2%. 128 fatalities in Q3, down 23% on previous year. Total incidents of violence January through September 348, up 10%. Total incidents in Q3 at 116, down 57%. Of the 128 fatalities in Q3, 15% suspects, 66% customers, 18% associates, and 1% LP / LE. 39% inside store or mall, 60% in parking lot, 1% off premise. Of the 23 associates killed, 70% during robberies, 26% in workplace violence, 1% murder / suicide. 83% males, 17% females. Of total incidents, 37% C-stores, 14% restaurants, 11% gas stations, 8% mall, 7% grocery.

NRF Holiday Forecast 2020. Sales in November December wil increase between 3.6% and 5.2%. Numbers exclude autos, gas stations and restaurants, compare to 4% increase last year and an average holiday sales increase of 3.5% during past five years. Online will increase 20% to 30%.
